Army Nurse Retained at Discharge Board

I recently represented an Army nurse at Fort Gordon, GA who was pending discharge for "unsatisfactory duty performance." She had ten years in the reserves, ten years active duty and was pending an MEB. She had two negative OER's while at a prior duty station, both from the same rater. We put on several witnesses who testified that the former rater fostered a toxic work environment, and that our client was singled out for punishment. The board unanimously concluded that my client should be retained in the Army and allowed to finish the MEB/PEB process. A great win for our client and for the Army.
